Delta does not assign counselors to specific groups of students. When you schedule an appointment you are able to choose from any of our counselors. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please call or go online as soon as possible.

We schedule appointments up to two weeks in advance.  When the appointments are full you can try again the following day for an appointment two weeks from that day.

Friday, March 19:  No counselors will be available.

Spring Recess Counseling Center Hours:  March 29 - April 2*

Mon., Mar. 29:  Limited staffing for quick questions.  No counselors available. 

Tue., Mar. 30:  Limited staffing for quick questions.  No counselors available. 

Wed., Mar. 31:  Holiday/Campus and Counseling Center are closed.

Thu., Apr. 1:  Campus and Counseling Center are closed.

Fri., Apr. 2:  Holiday/Campus and Counseling Center are closed.

#2 - Phone: Call the Counseling Office at (209) 954-5151 ext. 6276.
We will do our best to answer simple questions or direct your call to the appropriate office. If your question requires more than a simple answer, we will refer you to an appointment with a counselor.

If you are an EOPS or DSPS student you can schedule an appointment with an EOPS or DSPS counselor by contacting their offices.  EOPS:  209-954-5151 ext. 6296   DSPS:  209-954-5151 ext. 6272

#3 - In Person: Drop by the Counseling Center in room 234 on the 2nd floor of the DeRicco Student Services Building and schedule an appointment in person. Remember:  one-hour appointments are needed for Academic Probation 2nd Semester Appointments, Financial Aid Appeals, Transfer Agreements, and Veteran's.

Important Parking Information:

Please arrive at least 20 minutes early for your appointment. 

Parking is limited due to campus construction.  Allow time to park and

arrive to the office by your scheduled appointment time.
