Delta does not assign counselors to specific groups of students. When you schedule an appointment you are able to choose from any of our counselors. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please go online as soon as possible.

We schedule appointments up to two weeks in advance.  When the appointments are full you can try again the following day for an appointment two weeks from that day.

Counseling Service Counter Hours:

Beginning Aug. 16

M-Th, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and F, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Sept. 6: Campus Closed - Holiday

Nov. 11: Campus Closed - Holiday

Nov. 25-26:  Campus Closed - Holiday

Dec. 22 - Jan. 7:  Campus Closed - Winter Break

Counseling Services:

Beginning Aug. 16

M-Th, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm and F, 8:00 am - 11:30 am

Aug. 16 - Aug. 27:  Students will be seen on a drop-in basis only.  Drop-ins are first-come, first-served and based on Counselor availability. 

Beginning Aug. 16 we will be scheduling appointments for Aug. 30.  Appointments are scheduled up to two weeks in advance.  Once that day's appointments are full, you may try again the next day for two weeks from that day.  To schedule an appointment click on the Make an Appointment link above.
